I am Powerless over this Diagnosis

“We admitted we were powerless over this and that our lives had become unmanageable.”

I have started attending Al-Anon meetings to hopefully find peace with having alcoholics in in my life.

I’ve attended two meetings so far.

I will tell you; I don’t know what I think yet.

Part of me feels like the focus is giving an alcoholic a free pass to live however …
